FAQ

Q: What is hypnosis?
A: Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation where the subconcious mind is more open to acceptable suggestions. It is NOT mind control, brain washing or servitude. The subconcious mind will ignore suggestions against its moral code or its safety.
Q: How do I know if I can be hypnotized?
A: Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that is experienced when the brain is in an alpha wave state. You experience self-hypnosis daily. If you have ever driven somewhere and arrived without remembering the drive over, that is self-hypnosis (also called highway hypnosis). 90% of the general population can be hypnotized if the desire is there. No one can be hypnotized against their will.
Q: Can hypnosis help me with .....?
A: Hypnosis can be used for weight reduction, smoking cessation, stress relief, improved sleep, fears etc. If it is a behavior or state of mind that is not a medical or physical problem, hypnosis can help. For example, weight gain caused by stressful or mindless eating can be altered with hypnosis. Weight gain caused by brain damage resulting in failure to regulate appetite hormones cannot be helped with hypnosis.
Q: How much does it cost? Do you accept credit cards?
A: Most behaviors can be resolved with one program of three session, which is $375. Mastercard and Visa are accepted, as well as checks and cash.

A: Not unless you want to. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You are allowing the hypnotist to guide you into a relaxed state. It is a 100% consent state and no one can ever be hypnotized against their will. You are free to accept or reject any or all suggestions.
Q: Will I tell you my secrets or embarrassing things?
A: Hypnosis is not a truth serum. You can do almost everything more effectively when hypnotized, including lie. This is why police use hypnosis only to help victims remember details of a crime; the perpetrators would be able to lie more convincingly under hypnosis than in a normal state of awareness.
